Dear colleagues,

Please find below the call for papers and registration form for the 2nd International Conference on Education to be held at Kenyatta University near Nairobi, Kenya on July 20-22, 2011.

The Syracuse University School of Education is co-sponsoring this conference, along with Kenyatta University and Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.  I attended the first ICE held in July 2009 with some of my Syracuse University, School of Education colleagues and found the experience remarkable.

As the ICE conference planning committee is interested in expanding the conceptualization of teacher education to include counseling and other allied human service fields, I hope that many counselor education students and colleagues will consider participating in 2011.
